Method 1: Restart Windows Installer Service
1. Windows Key + R را فشار دهید و سپس تایپ کنید services.msc را و وارد شوید

Method 2: Re-register Windows Installer

2.Now from Notepad menu click پرونده سپس کلیک کنید ذخیره به عنوان.
