Method 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps
1.Visit this lien and Click the button “Run Troubleshooter."
2.After that a file will get downloaded, double-click on it to run the file.
3.In the troubleshooter windows click Advanced and make sure “Appliquer les réparations automatiquement" est vérifié.
4.Let the troubleshooter run and finish fixing the issues.
5.Reboot your PC to apply changes.
Method 2: Reset Windows Store
1.Appuyez sur la touche Windows + R puis tapez «Wsreset.exe" et appuyez sur Entrée.

Method 3: Set Date and Time
1.Right click on the date and time on the taskbar and select Adjust Date/Time.

3.Click on Change, under change date and time then set the proper date and time.

Method 4: Disable Proxy Connection
1.Appuyez sur la touche Windows + R puis tapez «inetcpl.cpl” and hit enter to open Internet Properties.
2.Next, Go to Connections tab and select LAN settings.

Method 5: Re-register Windows Store Apps
1.In the Windows search type Powershell then right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
2.Now type the following in the Powershell and hit enter:
Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$ ($ _. InstallLocation) AppXManifest.xml"}
3.Let the above process finish and then restart your PC.
Method 6: Restore System Health
1.If you can’t reset or re-register Windows store then safe to boot mode. (Enable legacy advanced boot menu in order to boot to safe mode)
2.Next, type cmd in the Windows search then right-click and select Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
3.Type the following command in cmd and hit enter:

4.Restart your PC and again try to reset your Windows store.
