Method 2: Run Diagnostic Test
If the above method weren’t helpful at all then there is a chance that your hard disk might be damaged or corrupted. In any case, you need to replace your previous HDD or SSD with a new one and install Windows again. You may be seeing the “Error 1962 No Operating System Found” because the boot order is not properly set which means that computer is trying to boot from another source which doesn’t have an operating system thus failing to do so. Methode 4: Schakel UEFI Boot in
Most UEFI firmware (Unified Extensible firmware Interface) either contains bugs or are misleading. This is because of the frequent evolution of the firmware which has made UEFI too complicated. The Error 1962 No Operating System Found seems to be caused by UEFI firmware and when you reset or set the default value of UEFI it seems to fix the issue.
You have to configure CSM (Compatibility Support Module) to enable if you want to boot to a legacy Operating System (OS).
