5.In the Advanced Security Settings window make sure the Local Account (Computer nameUser) avissi bisognu Access (set to allow) and configured to Set Value, Inherited from None and Applies to This key only.

6.If the Local Account is not configured as above then double click on it and change the values according to the above configuration.

16.Reboot your PC.
