1.Sakatu Windows tekla + R eta ondoren idatzi services.msc eta sakatu Sartu.
2.Aurkitu Windows Installer zerbitzua ondoren, egin klik eskuineko botoiarekin eta hautatu Propietateak.
3. Egin klik start if the service is not already running.
4.If the service is already running then right-click and select Berriro hasi.
5.Again try to install the program which was giving access denied error.
Method 2: Re-register Windows Installer
1.Sakatu Windows tekla + X eta gero hautatu Agindua Galdetu (Admin).
2.Idatzi komando hau cmd-en eta sakatu Sartu:
msiexec /unreg
msiexec / regserver
3.Berrabiarazi ordenagailua aldaketak gordetzeko.

5.Lokatu Msiexec.exe file then note down the exact address of the file which would be something like this:

6.Sakatu Windows tekla + R eta ondoren idatzi regedit eta sakatu Sartu Erregistro-editorea irekitzeko.
7.Nabigatu erregistro-gako honetara:

8.Select MSIServer ondoren, eskuineko leiho-panelean egin klik bikoitza gainean ImagePath.
9.Now type the location of the Msiexec.exe file which you noted above in the value data field followed by “/V” and the whole thing would look like:
C:WINDOWSsystem32Msiexec.exe /V
10.Boot your PC into safe mode using any of the methods listed here.
11.Sakatu Windows tekla + X eta gero hautatu Agindua Galdetu (Admin).
12.Type the following command and hit Enter:
msiexec / regserver

2.Now from Notepad menu click File Egin klik Gorde.
3.-tik Gorde idatzi goitibeherako hautapena Fitxategi guztiak
4.Eman izena fitxategiari MSIrepair.reg (reg extension is very important).
5.Navigate to desktop or where you want to save the file and then click Save.
6.Now right-click on the MSI repair.reg file and select Administratzailea bezala exekutatu.
7.Berrabiarazi ordenagailua aldaketak gordetzeko eta ikusteko gai zaren Fix Windows Installer Access Denied Error.
Method 4: Reinstall Windows Installer

1.Sakatu Windows tekla + X eta gero hautatu Agindua Galdetu (Admin).
2.Idatzi komando hau cmd-en eta sakatu Sartu bakoitzaren ondoren:
cd %windir%system32 attrib -r -s -h dllcache ren msi.dll msi.old ren msiexec.exe msiexec.old ren msihnd.dll msihnd.old exit
3.Reboot your PC and then download the Windows Installer 4.5 Redistributable from Microsoft website here.
4.Install the Redistributable package and then reboot your PC.
