1. Paspauskite „Windows“ klavišą + R, tada įveskite services.msc ir paspauskite "Enter".

10.Boot your PC into safe mode using any of the methods listed here.
11. Paspauskite „Windows“ klavišą + X, tada pasirinkite Komandų eilutė (administratorius).
12. Įveskite šią komandą ir paspauskite Enter:

2.Now from Notepad menu click filė tada spustelėkite Išsaugoti kaip.
3. Iš Įrašyti kaip tipo išskleidžiamajame meniu pasirinkite Visi failai.
4. Pavadinkite failą kaip MSIrepair.reg (reg extension is very important).
5.Navigate to desktop or where you want to save the file and then click Išsaugoti.
6.Now right-click on the MSI repair.reg file and select Vykdyti kaip administratorius.
7. Iš naujo paleiskite kompiuterį, kad išsaugotumėte pakeitimus ir patikrintumėte, ar galite tai padaryti Fix Windows Installer Access Denied Error.
Method 4: Reinstall Windows Installer

1. Paspauskite „Windows“ klavišą + X, tada pasirinkite Komandų eilutė (administratorius).
2. Įveskite šią komandą į cmd ir po kiekvienos paspauskite Enter:

3.Reboot your PC and then download the Windows Installer 4.5 Redistributable from Microsoft website here.
4.Install the Redistributable package and then reboot your PC.
