Method 1: Restart Windows Installer Service
1. د وینډوز کیلي + R فشار ورکړئ بیا ټایپ کړئ خدمات .msc او داخل کړئ.
2. موندل د وینډوز انسټالر خدمت بیا په هغې باندې ښي کلیک وکړئ او غوره کړئ ځانتياوې.
3.Cick on د پیل if the service is not already running.
4.If the service is already running then right-click and select بیا روښانه کول.
5.Again try to install the program which was giving access denied error.
Method 2: Re-register Windows Installer
1. د وینډوز کیلي + ایکس فشار ورکړئ بیا غوره کړئ د قوماندان کمانټ (اداره).
2. لاندې کمانډ په cmd کې ټایپ کړئ او Enter کلیک وکړئ:
msiexec /unreg
msiexec / regserver
3. د بدلونونو خوندي کولو لپاره خپل کمپیوټر ریبوټ کړئ.
4.If the issue is not resolved then press Windows key + R then type the following and hit Enter:

5. موندل Msiexec.exe file then note down the exact address of the file which would be something like this:
C:WINDOWSsystem32Msiexec.exe
6. د وینډوز کیلي + R فشار ورکړئ بیا ټایپ کړئ ریډیټس او د راجسټری ایډیټر خلاصولو لپاره Enter کلیک وکړئ.
7. لاندې راجستر کیلي ته لاړ شئ:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesMSIServer
8. انتخاب MSIServer بیا په ښي کړکۍ کې دوه ځله کلیک وکړئ ImagePath.
9.Now type the location of the Msiexec.exe file which you noted above in the value data field followed by “/V” and the whole thing would look like:
C:WINDOWSsystem32Msiexec.exe /V
10.Boot your PC into safe mode using any of the methods listed here.
11. د وینډوز کیلي + ایکس فشار ورکړئ بیا غوره کړئ د قوماندان کمانټ (اداره).
12.Type the following command and hit Enter:
msiexec / regserver

2.Now from Notepad menu click د دوتنې بیا بیا ټک وکړئ لکه خوندي یې کړئ.
3. څخه لکه خوندي کړئ ټایپ کړئ drop-down select ټول فایلونه.
4. د فایل نوم په توګه MSIrepair.reg (reg extension is very important).
5.Navigate to desktop or where you want to save the file and then click خوندي کړئ.
6.Now right-click on the MSI repair.reg file and select د مدیر په توګه چلول
7. خپل کمپیوټر ریبوټ کړئ ترڅو بدلونونه خوندي کړئ او وګورئ چې تاسو کولی شئ Fix Windows Installer Access Denied Error.
Method 4: Reinstall Windows Installer
نوټ: Only Applied to earlier version of Windows
1. د وینډوز کیلي + ایکس فشار ورکړئ بیا غوره کړئ د قوماندان کمانټ (اداره).
2. لاندې کمانډ په cmd کې ټایپ کړئ او د هر یو وروسته Enter کلیک وکړئ:
cd %windir%system32 attrib -r -s -h dllcache ren msi.dll msi.old ren msiexec.exe msiexec.old ren msihnd.dll msihnd.old exit
3.Reboot your PC and then download the Windows Installer 4.5 Redistributable from Microsoft website here.
4.Install the Redistributable package and then reboot your PC.
