Fix Computer Sound Too Low on Windows 10

Then there are certain possibilities that might be interfering with your system volume levels. Sound volume too low is a general problem that is faced by users in Windows 10.  In this article, we are going to learn multiple methods that can solve the low sound issue on the Windows 10 computer.

Fix Computer Sound Too Low on Windows

Method 1: Increase Sound from Volume Control

Sometimes even if you increase your sound/volume to its maximum limit from the volume icon in the taskbar (refer Image below). But even after this, you found out that sound in any third-party music player is coming low. So, you need to manage the volume then it should be done through the Volume control in Windows 10. Because the system has different types of volume, one is the system’s default Windows volume and the other one is the Media Player’s volume.

Here, follow the steps below to manage the volume of the Windows sound and the third party altogether through the Misturador de Volumes.

Method 3: Restart Audio Device

If your Audio device services are not loaded properly then you may face the Computer Sound too low issue. In that case, you need to restart the Audio services through the Device Manager.

Method 4: Check for Windows Atualizar

Sometimes outdated or corrupted drivers might be the real reason behind the low volume issue, in that case, you need to check for Windows update. Windows update automatically installs new drivers for devices that can resolve the sound issue. Follow the below steps to check for updates in Windows 10:

1. Pressione Chave do Windows + I para abrir Configurações e clique em Atualização e segurança.

2.No lado esquerdo, clique no menu Windows Update.

3.Agora clique no botão “Verificar atualizações”Para verificar se há atualizações disponíveis.

4.Se alguma atualização estiver pendente, clique em Baixe e instale atualizações.

5.Once the updates are downloaded, install them and your Windows will become up-to-date.

After restarting the system, check that sound is coming properly from your system. If not, then try other methods.

Método 5: Iniciar o serviço de áudio do Windows

1.Pressione a tecla Windows + R e digite services.msc e pressione Enter.

2.Encontrar Serviço de áudio do Windows na lista, clique com o botão direito sobre ela e selecione Propriedades.

3.Set the Startup type to Automático e clique Início, se o serviço ainda não estiver em execução.

4.Clique em Aplicar seguido de OK.

Método 6: Update Sound Card Drivers

If Audio drivers are not compatible with the Windows update then you will definitely face the issues with sound/volume in Windows 10. You need to update drivers to the latest available version by following the below steps:

1.Pressione a tecla Windows + R e digite devmgmt.msc e pressione Enter para abrir o Gerenciador de Dispositivos.

2.Expand Sound, video and game controllers then right-click on Audio Device (High Definition Audio Device) e selecione Atualizar driver.

3.Selecione “Procure automaticamente o software de driver atualizado” and let it install the appropriate drivers.

5.Again go back to Device Manager then right-click on Audio Device and select Atualizar driver.

Method 7: Change Equalization Settings

The equalization setting is used to maintain the sound ratio between all the running applications on Windows 10. To set the correct equalization settings, follow the below steps:
