Metoda 1: Çaktivizoni përshpejtimin e harduerit

1. Hapni Firefox-in dhe shkruani "rreth: Preferencat” (pa thonjëza) në shiritin e adresave dhe shtypni Enter.

2.Scroll down to Performance then uncheck “Përdorni cilësimet e rekomanduara të performancës"

3.Under Performance Uncheck "Përdorni përshpejtimin e pajisjeve kur është në dispozicion".

4.Close Firefox and reboot your PC.

Method 2: Start Firefox in Safe Mode

1.Open Mozilla Firefox then from the top right corner click on tre rreshta.

2.From the menu click on Help and then click “Rinisni me Shtesat e çaktivizuara".

3.On the pop up click on Rifillo, fillo përsëri.

4.Once the Firefox restart it will ask you to either Start in Safe Mode or Refresh Firefox.

Shënim: Zgjidhni kohën më të vogël të mundshme për shembull 15 minuta ose 30 minuta.

4.Type control in the Windows Search then click on Control Panel from the search result.

5.Next, klikoni mbi Sistemi dhe Siguria.

6. Pastaj klikoni mbi Firewall i Windows.

7. Tani nga paneli i majtë i dritares klikoni në Aktivizoni ose çaktivizoni Windows Firewall.

8.Zgjidhni Turn off Windows Firewall dhe rinisni kompjuterin tuaj. Again try to open Firefox and see if you’re able to Fix Firefox Black Screen Issue.

2.Çaktivizo të gjitha shtesat duke klikuar Disable pranë çdo shtesë.

3. Rinisni Firefox-in dhe më pas aktivizoni një shtesë në një kohë për të gjeni fajtorin që po e shkakton gjithë këtë çështje.

Shënim: Pasi të aktivizoni çdo shtesë, duhet të rinisni Firefox-in.

4. Hiqni ato Zgjerime të veçanta dhe rindizni kompjuterin tuaj.
