Method 2: Re-register Windows Installer

msiexec /unreg
msiexec / regserver
3. Барои захира кардани тағирот компютери худро аз нав оғоз кунед.

2.Now from Notepad menu click File пас тугмаи "Click" Ҳамчун захира кунед.
3. Аз Нигоҳ кунед навъи афтанда интихоб кунед Ҳама файлҳо.
4. Файлро ҳамчун MSIrepair.reg (reg extension is very important).
5.Navigate to desktop or where you want to save the file and then click Save.
6.Now right-click on the MSI repair.reg file and select Ҳамчун Administrator иҷро кунед.

Method 4: Reinstall Windows Installer

3.Reboot your PC and then download the Windows Installer 4.5 Redistributable from Microsoft website here.
